Cabernet Merlot 2007
The combination of these estate grown varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, are perfectly matched in this bold wine. The tannins and structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon are seamlessly intermingled with a fruity rich middle-palate from the Merlot. Characters of mint, blackberries, chocolate and cherries flood the palate and make this wine particularly enjoyable.

Pinot Noir 2007
Expression is what makes Pinot Noir such a special variety. It is many things to many people. This is a medium bodied expression of cool climate estate grown Pinot Noir with a variety of complex aromas and characters reminiscent of forest floor fruit, black cherry, raspberry and currant.

Rosé 2008
In the pursuit of something different, the winemakers decided to put the surplus of pinot noir to good use. This is a different Rosé, matured in old white oak barrels to slightly development the wine, increasing mouth feel and complexity. This produces a bolder Rosé, different from the abundant confectionary Rosé's on the market. This wine, though bold, is one which can still be enjoyed chilled on a hot summer's day.
